Winter Supplemental Training

Winter Supplemenal Training 

LIPFC winter training is geared to mostly the technical part of the players. Do not expect to see long scrimmages. Our sessions are closely monitored by the trainers to make sure players are using the right technique of each drill we run.

Training sessions are as fallow..

Thursdays and Fridays: 5pm to 8pm

5pm to 6pm: 07/u11, 08/u10, 09/u9, '10/u8, '11/u7

6pm to 7pm: 02/u16, 03/u15, 06/u12 

7pm to 8pm: 04/u14, 05/13

Warm up with ball 

Technique:

    Ball mastery, Passing & receiving

    Turning to play forward

    Control off the air to play or move into space

Scrimmage:

    Small sided

    Conserve the possession

    Passing & movement off the ball
